Garry Partington, CEO
Garry Partington has worked in the mobile industry since 1999. As CEO of Apadmi, Garry’s role is to bring new partners to the table and to enhance and build upon the company’s established strong customer relationships, whilst also ensuring that the Apadmi team is constantly focused on customer service and delivery.
In his previous role as CTO and co-founder of EMCC Software Ltd, Garry was responsible for growing a world-class development team from 2 people to a total of 200, without any private investment, whilst keeping a watchful eye on the emerging technologies.
Education: First Class Honours Degree in Computer Science from Lancaster University, UK

Howard Simms, Operations Director
With more than 12 years’ experience of the mobile industry, Howard Simms’ role as Apadmi’s Operations Director involves client relationship-building, project quality and delivery, securing grants and investment, resourcing, recruitment and staff management.
Formerly part of the senior management team at EMCC Software Ltd, Howard was a key player in growing the company to a staff of 200, whilst ensuring that the highest quality standards for development were maintained.
Education: Honours Degree in Mathematics from Leeds University, UK

Nick Black, Sales Director
Nick has worked in the mobile industry since 1998. As Sales Director of Apadmi, Nick is responsible for developing new business and building strong customer/partner relationships. He works closely with the Apadmi engineering teams to design, build and deliver quality mobile apps and server solutions that enable the company to build long-term customer relationships and to grow Apadmi’s reputation as an innovative, flexible, and reliable mobile developer.
Nick was previously Sales Director of EMCC Software Ltd, where he was responsible for the sales growth that enabled the company to grow from 4 to 200 people.
Education: First Class Honours Degree in Maths from Liverpool University & MSc in Computer Science from Salford University, UK

Adam Fleming, Chief Technical Officer
Adam has been working in the mobile industry since the early days of 3G networks, and has experience of areas ranging from core-network hardware through to mobile handset device drivers, middleware and applications. As CTO for Apadmi, Adam’s focus is mainly on technology and the opportunities it presents for Apadmi and Apadmi’s clients.
A technology enthusiast, Adam has spent most of his career engaged directly with clients at all phases of the project lifecycle. These days, Adam specialises in early-stage consultancy and prototyping, green-field projects and helping customers to find and apply appropriate technology to solve their problems.
Education : MEng in Software Engineering from Aberystwyth University, UK
