\n\t\t\tCCC, now part of the broader Modivo Group, is one of Europe’s largest retail <\/a>companies and a market leader in the footwear and apparel segment. They operate a vast omnichannel network combining over 900 physical retail stores with expansive e-commerce platforms to sell shoes, clothing, and accessories across 15 European markets.\t\t<\/p>\n\t\n\t\n\t

\n\tCCC set out to elevate user experience by creating a mobile app that allows customers to shop comfortably anywhere and anytime. As a widely recognisable brand, CCC required a platform that felt like an integral part of its established omnichannel ecosystem. Apadmi’s team in Poland (Droids On Roids<\/a>), partnered with CCC to overhaul their mobile strategy and deliver high-performing native apps.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t

\n\t\t\tOur goal was to build a mobile experience <\/a>that allows CCC customers to easily browse and shop whenever and however is most convenient for them.

From a technical standpoint, the objective was to build solid, native iOS and Android apps serving customers across eight markets while enabling future regional expansion.

The delivered platform empowers users to easily browse product portfolios, get inspired by trends, build personalised wishlists, and securely finalise purchases within a few clicks.\t\t<\/p>\n\t\n\t\n\t

\n\t\t\n\n\tEasy Browsing and Filtering<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tShoppers can easily filter through a large inventory of brands like Lasocki, Jenny Fairy, DeeZee, and Lanetti. Our team regularly iterates on search and sorting algorithms to keep results relevant. A responsive filtering engine lets shoppers narrow down large catalogues using sliders and checkboxes. <\/p>\n\n\n\tFrictionless Cart and Checkout<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tUsers can easily add items to their cart, then return to browsing or head straight to checkout. The cart overview shows selected items, individual prices, and the final total before buying. The app collects shipping data quickly to make delivery setup smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\tVersatile Payment and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tCustomers can choose preferred delivery methods such as DHL or Polish Post. We included a wide range of payment options, including online banking, BLIK (a popular Polish mobile payment system), wire transfers, and in-store pay-on-collection. By choosing PayU as a payment processing platform, we ensured secure checkout with auto-filled data for returning users.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t

\n\t\t\tTo ensure the new mobile app acted as a core pillar of CCC’s omnichannel vision, we built features that directly connect the digital user experience with physical stores. Customers benefit from full visibility across both channels, enhancing convenience whether shopping from home or visiting retail branches.\t\t<\/p>\n\t\n\t\n\t

\n\t\t\n\n\tStore Locator and Local Stock<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tAn integrated map helps users find nearby physical shops complete with opening hours, directions, and contact information. Users can also check if a specific item is currently in stock at their local CCC branch before visiting.<\/p>\n\n\n\tIn-Store Scanner<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tWe built an in-store barcode scanner directly into the mobile application. Shoppers can scan product barcodes in physical retail stores to instantly check if other sizes or colours are available right from their phone, without needing to find a staff member.<\/p>\n\n\n\tGamified Discovery and Wishlists<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tQuick product swiping lets users swipe right to like or left to pass on new arrivals, making shopping feel interactive. Users can also save favourite items to personalised wishlists for later, making them easy to find on their next visit.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t

By integrating fashion feeds and digital membership capabilities, the app drives ongoing retention and brand loyalty <\/a>across international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\tPersonalisation and Trend Feed<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tDetailed product pages include sizing, materials, brand details, and care instructions. The app tracks viewing activity to proactively suggest complementary products, driving cross-selling opportunities. Beyond commerce, the app serves as a lifestyle hub, delivering industry trends, styling advice, and news updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\tSocial Community and Loyalty<\/h2>\n\n

\n\tUsers are encouraged to share personalised outfits and tag Instagram content using dedicated campaign hashtags. A frictionless registration flow lets users instantly join the CCC Club digital loyalty program to unlock discounts.
