The new app needed to let customers purchase broadband, manage their account, and access services and support with complete ease. That tech stack and native UI approach gives TalkTalk an elevated user experience across both iOS and Android compared to other cross-native platforms, powered by an experience layer that interacts with external systems to retrieve and process data for the app to consume.\t\t<\/p>\n\t\n\t\n\t<div class=\"flex flex-col gap-y-24 w-fill col-2 row-start-2 row-end-span-4 max-mid:mt-32\">\n\t\t\n<h2\tdata-slug=\"two-clear-journeys-sales-and-service\"\n\tclass=\"text-balance font-black uppercase text-18 leading-tight sm:text-28 text-start\"\n>\n\tTwo clear journeys: sales and service<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"*:link:underline text-16 md:text-18 leading-minimal md:leading-[1.4] is-top-level:block-inset-x text-start\">\n\t<br>The app splits into two distinct experiences. The sales journey is a smooth, linear flow taking customers from checking area eligibility and selecting a package through to entering direct debit details and checking out.
