Dlaczego Apadmi?
Our 12 month internship programme puts you in the top position to learn what it’s like to be a Software Engineer at Apadmi. You’ll have the opportunity to shadow experienced Software Engineers to learn first-hand about Apadmi and the Engineering team processes.
You’ll receive on the job training by working on a variety of projects and challenges, with exposure to working in cross-functional teams and also have access to a tailored Engineering learning curriculum.
I went from junior to mid a lot quicker than expected. I really appreciate how Apadmi not only accepted my request to move from a front-end development to back-end, but supported the decision by providing training and a project that would allow me to fully immerse myself in the new role and technology associated.

What you will need
Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, ideally Computer Science, Maths or Physics or similar technical subject
Be familiar with a modern-day programming language, or range of languages
Passionate about software and technology
A quick learner and a team player
Analytical and enjoy using logic to solve problems
What to expect on day one...
Your journey begins with our ApadGrad Kick-Off Day, making use of our brand-new state of the art training facility at Apadmi HQ. You’ll be involved in interactive workshops, fun challenges and have plenty of opportunities to bond with fellow graduates throughout this day!
Looking ahead, you’ll benefit from a dedicated buddy, regular check-ins with your manager to ensure you are on track throughout the programme and getting the support you need, as well as access to our Udemy / LinkedIn Learning library with 10,000+ on demand courses available for any topic that takes your fancy!

Interview in the office with a technical test and meet some of the people from our business.
