Working patterns to suit
We offer flexibility with core working hours to create a routine that suits everyone, whether in the office, at home or even abroad. On top of your holiday allowance, employees can buy and sell holidays and earn more days with every year of service.
Apadmi aims to be as supportive as we can for our employees and our family leave policy includes 25 weeks on full pay for maternity and adoption leave, 2 weeks on full pay for paternity leave and also paid leave for fostering and fertility treatment.
Team and referral bonuses
