Apadmi makes Sunday Times Best Places to Work for third year in a row

Mobile experts Apadmi have been included in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025; the third time the business has been recognised in this prestigious list after being named in both the 2023 and 2024 editions.

With stringent entry requirements and a thorough colleague survey to measure employee satisfaction, featuring on The Sunday Times list is one of the most prestigious employee-focussed awards in the UK. Apadmi’s wellbeing offering was praised by the publication, as our policies and benefits continue to expand alongside our headcount.

This year’s list also included the likes of Rightmove, easyJet holidays, Visit Britain, Burger King, E.ON and Lakeland, as well as fellow Manchester-based businesses such as Dakota Hotels and Travel Counsellors.

Apadmi’s recent growth journey has seen us expand into the Polish market with the acquisition of Droids on Roids, whilst also securing both national and international awards for our design, development and optimisation services. Alongside all this, we've proudly launched a number of new products across Europe with the likes of Poundland, iD Mobile and Spenn whilst forging new industry-leading partnerships with the likes of Talon.One, Braze and Antavo.

Having added a raft of new colleagues to our 420-strong workforce this year across offices in Manchester’s Media City, London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Wroclaw, we continue to enjoy consistent international growth.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey revealed a job satisfaction score of 85% (6% above industry average). Confidence in management at Apadmi is at 84% (also 6% above the industry average, 86% of staff feel empowered to do their job, and 84% feel proud to work here.
