Apadmi makes Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023

The strict engagement criteria makes competition to feature on The Sunday Times list extremely tough. Apadmi's inclusion is a huge accolade for the business and sees us rub shoulders with the likes of big brands such as Pizza Express, Octopus Energy, OVO, Pandora and EasyJet Holidays.
Apadmi creates award-winning mobile apps which solve complex customer and business problems for organisations like Domino’s UK and Ireland, Chelsea FC, the NHS and Co-op.
We have a 250-strong workforce across offices in Manchester’s Media City, London, Edinburgh, Lisbon and also Amsterdam, having acquired Dutch agency The Mobile Company last November as we continue to grow internationally.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey revealed that 92% of Apadmi employees feel happy in the workplace, 91% have a good relationship with their manager, and 87% feel empowered and have overall job satisfaction. Meanwhile, only 6% of Apadmi’s workforce are a flight risk, compared to the industry average of 43%.
