&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer who will take the lead on a wide variety of our client projects. Leading on technical decisions and being the go to point of contact with the client, you will also have lots of opportunity for coaching and mentoring our junior team members.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in React Native including knowledge of the latest platform specific tooling, design patterns and best practices applications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding with accessibility, performance, automated testing &amp;amp; deployment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A passion for personal development – you’ll always keep up to date with industry best practice and technology&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Great communication skills, confident speaking with other members of the team and escalating any staff issues to team lead.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in either Play Store or App Store submission.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge and appreciation of project NFRs; code quality, performance and security considerations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in mentoring junior engineers, patient and a strong team player.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
